Dry cleaning is a type of solvent used to clean various garments and is not harsh on garments. Laundry is your typical washing at home however we add starch during the cleaning cycle.
No appointments are needed, however, you are more than welcome to call and give our seamstress an idea when you will be coming by, especially during lunch time. Please remember to bring your shoes if you are getting a dress shorten.
Most embellishments are safe to dry clean. Embellishments that are glued on are typically fall off quicker since we cannot determine the quality of the adhesive. We do our best to protect them garments by placing them in a lingerie bag and hang dry them afterwards.
We ask for a week from the day you drop off. However, if you are in a rush, we usually can accommodate your deadline. Please understand there will be a rush fee.
Brands play a factor in our prices. For high end/luxury brands, we do charge a little more. Unlike some cleaners, we do composite for garments that are damaged under are care (this does not include, if the garment was already damaged/stained and it worsened during attempts to reverse damage/stains). For this reason we charge a bit more.
Yes! We are a one stop shop for a wedding groups. For wedding preservations, please note the turn around time is 3-4 weeks.
Yes, but not in house. We partner with a cleaners in Houston to take care of our leather needs. We have partnered with them for over 20 years so they have our complete trust!
Depends! If the rugs are small and flexible enough we can clean them in house. Turn around time is about a week and a half. For bigger, heavy duty rugs we have partnered with Aladdin Cleaning in New Braunfels. You can call them for a quote and drop your rug off with us for services.
